So, this is a great application that I have been using for many years. Today I have put together a few screen shots and a text tutorial on the program. If you have windows XP Media Center Edition or Vista Home Premium or Ultimate then this is a must have program in your Media Center.

The program consists of two parts. A MySQL backend server and a MCE plugin client. The client can connect to the server to receive movie data and also using the collection management system gives you the ability to add movies to your collection.

First I am going to show you the collection management system. So when you start the program you will see this.

On the left is all the movies in the collection. The middle and right shows all info about the movie you can edit all the fields in the middle and right collumns, but that will be unnessary due to the advanced title search engine built into the program. There is a button right bellow file is the add title button. There are a few awesome ways to add the movie info. You can search by title, type the barcode in to get the info or just pop the dvd in and the program will automaticly add the movie to the collection.

Moving on now, you get to see the awesome features of the Media Center Plugin. Bellow is a screen shot of the plugin.

As you can see in Vista this program is great because it shows you the front cover of the title and gives you options to search your titles by generes or categories. I really don’t know what else to say about this program except that it is awesome. Please email me with any questions at support@bluephoenix.tv Stick around because soon I will be doing a video tutorial on this great program. Check it out and you will not regret it. http://www.mymovies.dk/ is the url.
